The seller offers Custom patches which requires customer service which was hard to do with the seller. The seller was responsive until after I placed my order. I asked questions which were never answered and asked for a proof before items were produced. After never receiving any answers. Then the seller said it shipped. This patch luckily arrived as expected.

I reached out to the seller and they apologized and promised one that I would love. And they delivered! The patch is adorable and just as advertised. Fantastic customer service.
