As a result the auto sleep/wake feature didn’t work & my iPad wasn’t protected within the case that clips in to prevent damage when dropped. I messaged the seller & they replied within hours asking for the attached images showing the case didn’t fit. They immediately issued credit back to me & apologized when they couldn’t replace it. I’d buy from them again!
