The length of the new lock cylinder is shorter than the original. Because of this you are unable to fully insert the key into the lock, which means you can’t turn the key. I was able to increase the diameter of the hole by drilling through the plastic grill. This allows for fully inserting the key and engaging the lock.

I have ordered the same item from a seller, UPS shipper, and should get it in a week. Positive feedback for the seller resolving a USPS issue.
