When contacted the seller said it could have scratches anywhere, no difference between the screen and other areas. They offered a $12 discount because of the scratches. I told them I needed the right adapter before making a decision. They sent another wrong adapter. They then demanded the item be returned. The time it took for both the laptop and replacement adapter was not good.

Watch condition is NEW as described, watch band never opened, so far so good. Price wise is amazing for a brand new apple 9 series.
