It was still usable, but still disappointed that something sold as new had a crack. They responded to our post immediately and offered a discount. Once we agreed, the discount came very promptly. After that we decided to order another (to have as a spare since they seem to be pretty fragile) and that one arrived just fine. Would order from them again.
