I had to get used to the touch buttons function but that's more on me than the earbuds. Callers have commented that my voice is clear without background noise which is great since they don't have noise cancellation. Really want to commend the seller. The first pair came DOA and wouldn't charge or anything. After contacting them (on the weekend btw...) they responded without question and sent out a new set on Monday. Exceptional!

Aún así, le faltó más relleno de embalaje ya que la caja de mi figura sufrió un daño notable en la parte izquierda inferior de la caja ( deberían ponerle más relleno de embalaje para prevenir esos daños ).
