Our company needs this bulb to operate a dental light. The first was delivered to a garage in St Petersburg, Fla. The second was delivered to an unknown address in Alice, Texas. God only knows where the third one will be delivered! It will interesting to see, but I can bet it won't be 204 Butler Ave in Lancaster, Pa! Seems they ran out, and are now subsituting new, wrong product with different filament shape. Item ordered was worth $47, item delivered $0.50.
