The seller packed the item very well, but perhaps some extra soft material would have helped. The front panel and one of the fan meshes were slightly damaged. After a lengthy chat with a seller and their staff and after maybe a month - I finally received screws and the right cable. All in all they were helpful in resolving an issue and I give positive feedback on making right on an error.
