Went to the Specialist to install and the tint is garbage. Was told three things might be happening. Tint was loaded in blotter the wrong direction; it might have been rerolled the wrong direction but overall, the adhesive does not stick to the windows. It worked for two small rear windows barely, but l had to pay labor to install the bad tint, then they pulled it off and then repay more to put better stuff on.

I put in an order for window tinting film. They promptly packed and send them out. The packaged arrived a few days later. However, the thieves got to them before I did and left with empty packaging tubes. I contacted these guys and they stepped up and made it right. I was impress with their communication and services. I got the tint I ordered exactly like I ordered but when I got the package it looked like FedEx had literally ran it over see pics for details. I contacted the company and they said that really wasn’t their fault but would love to replace it for me. They shipped the new tint out the next day.
