I had to get a Korea/EU plug adapter to use in North America but it’s dual voltage so no problem. Works great!

The product I ordered (Lamdash Pro 5) was exactly as described, brand new and expertly packaged for international shipping. Of course the price was also very competitive also, compared to local offerings. Although, something that I seemed to miss was the FedEx customs charge, I don't think it's Yorozu_Japan's fault as it is more of an eBay issue if anything.
