Tape on box was already cut open, one of his claws is broken down the middle and there is paint chipping on his left leg. This is not new condition. Worse, it is damaged. That being said, I am ok with it. The condition is not bad enough in my judgment to rate this transaction negatively, but it is not positive either. It is possible that this seller may not have been aware of these issues. Maybe the supplier was the problem. He was great on communication and explained he actually had the item out of stock and had to buy it off another seller to fulfill his promise. He didn’t check the contents of the box and forwarded the object to me and that’s where I found out it was damaged. He offered a refund or partial refund by choice and I opted for the partial refund.
