The value of this item was very reasonable the box arrived and appeared to be sealed. When we opened this item, we found that it had a log-in & password being used. we contacted the seller and explained that this could not be used. We contacted ebay and asked for a refund. The refund was processed very quickly. The seller was very helpful, and explained how this mistake was made.
