The bottle arrived packed well with no drips or spills which was aided by a special adhesive strip to prevent. My only suggestion to the seller is to provide a written message as to how to get the pump released. I sent a message that I could not open it and was told to find a You Tube video which I did and it worked, but would have appreciated a note with the product with instructions or You Tube sites to visit.
