I got a call from them telling me that my board was unrepairable. They replaced the board and credited my payment with a very reasonable price. They returned my damaged board and paid the shipping. They were very fast and kept me informed on the progress of my order. My treadmill is up and running again and I am confident that it will stay that way for a long time. Thank you for the great service!

From the time I packaged it up and dropped it off at the post office until the time the repaired board arrived at my door took just 8 days. I can see where they installed new capacitors as described as part of the service. Treadmill works like new! A good deal - at roughly 1/3 the price of buying a new control board.
