I put in an order for window tinting film. They promptly packed and send them out. The packaged arrived a few days later. However, the thieves got to them before I did and left with empty packaging tubes. I contacted these guys and they stepped up and made it right. I was impress with their communication and services. I contacted the company and they said that really wasn’t their fault but would love to replace it for me. They shipped the new tint out the next day.
