Box was unsealed and had some wear and tear to it as well as a coffee ring stain on it. Was gonna use the lid as wall art after building it. Wish it was packaged better considering it's age and coming overseas to me in the States. Came wrapped in a single layer of cardboard wrap. Besides the shipment packaging and the damage to the box, I'm happy with the item. Especially for the price when a PG Gunpla goes for $200+ on the low end.

Very responsive, and even though they were going through big Japanese holidays, my package arrived in my house a whole month early then eBay expected delivery. Only bad thing is the tag, it came out bent, but it's definitely nothing they can control, and I do not blame them. International shipping is very hard. The order looks exactly like the picture, and the appearance is very nice, and very high quality. It was definitely worth the value.
