Contacted seller, and they wanted me to pay shipping to send it back where they would evaluate to see if it was the same item. I asked them to simply open a case and to send the exact same item back to me, in the same condition they received it, I never asked them to pay return shipping..when you open a case ebay sends you a free label that the seller pays for. Maybe they couldn't return it because they opened it and used half of it??? not sure
