The shipping is usually free & the package is always packed with care & safety! I always receive my orders very fast, even tho they are shipped from Isreal!! This seller, Igal has the BEST communication skills ever & usually responds to my msg very quickly! Check this seller/shop out!

Products are well made and as described. Take advantage of this chance to get all four pieces for a fraction of the retail price for each separate piece! I’ve purchased many items from this seller and have had a few minor problems but she responded within 24 hours and immediately fixed the problems. A+ for communication- which must be more difficult when dealing internationally. I do love Keren Kopal products

The seller did offer a 50% refund & I could keep it. Or return for a refund. The postage to Israel would probably be a lot, so I did keep it & was able to find someone to fix n the swing. It is pretty, but they kept it advertised as musical, which it isn't. Other items from n this seller have alwayys been as advertised.
