It wouldn't budge. The communication with the seller was good over this. Eventually with a lot of WD40, two people and a monkey wrench it moved anti clockwise to loosen as you would expect

I'm a bit confused as to how to determine which PCB is the right one. The response from Garden Fox was prompt and helpful so I returned the item and they've said I'd get refunded in a few days. I appreciate the excellent service they've given me.
