Excellent quality. No defects. New in with box. Heavy stainless steel. True KitchenAid craftmanship. Quick shipping with secure packaging. Just perfect! I love it!

Unfortunately, during shipping the box that they came in was damaged & one of the pops box was crushed. I contacted the seller on the 11th when I got the item & they immediately responded to me. They offered to send a replacement for the crushed pop & sure enough the next day they did just that! I received it & it is in great shape. Fantastic customer service! Happy to have done business with seller! Highly recommend seller!
