I couldn't believe I found this one on Ebay for a fraction of the price! Took the chance and bought it hoping it would be good quality compared to other roaster. It's even better than I hoped for! Excellent quality. No defects. New in with box. Heavy stainless steel. True KitchenAid craftmanship. Quick shipping with secure packaging. Just perfect! I love it!

I contacted the seller and asked for a partial refund which they agreed to and gave. They shipped very quickly, but item was shipped in a bubble mailer and not very protected but they made it right. I definitely would do business with this seller again.

Item initially arrived, unfortunately broken from shipment. But, I messaged the seller after receiving. With attachment pics. And they responded very quickly. Apologizing, and offered to send a new figure. Second figure arrived today. 0 issues. They made good on the purchase. Not everybody on here is so honest and responsive. I am happy to have done business with them. And would recommend everyone to do so. Thanks a ton!

The only thing I didn’t like was it told me to refer to the pics and there was none. I shot a message and was never answered. I took a chance and the items were as mentioned.
