They arrived fast and ahead of time. I ordered my regular size but they did not fit so I requested a return. The seller accepted and if you chose the wrong size then u have to pay for the return shipping so make 100 percent sure that they fit. How you do that, I do not know. I didn't feel like it was my resresponsibility to pay for the shiping so she gave me a partial refund:)

They hadn't been worn or tried on, so I couldn't figure out where the odor was coming from. They were packaged in shoe covers and the odor was in them as well. The shoe does look exactly like the picture and they fit as expected. They are really pretty and I can't wait to wear them!

Shipping was slow - 2 weeks - and the tracking info was never updated. Overall, the Sandals are a great buy and if shipping time isn't an issue for you, I would recommend buying from seller.
