The shredded paper packing inside was not robust enough to stop the items from moving about in the post. They were squashed to one end of the box but thankfully there was no damage and I reassembled the contents, re-fastened the lid of the box and then the ribbon.

The seller Lucy is a wonderful human and reached out to me when she saw my feedback immediately., she straight away offered me a £4 refund. The product I bought was £7.90. And I happily accepted that although I did advise her that she should make it known to customers that the small selection box contained funsize bars. And she readily agreed to do that. She also refunded me in full.
