I then received an update confirming delivery for today, July 10th. However, when I just checked the tracking, it now shows the boots are being shipped from California, with a new estimated delivery date of Tuesday, July 15, between 11:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. I needed these boots for a construction job scheduled for tonight. FAILURE!!!

The remote location of the post office did not allow the boots to be delivered, the Post Office in the remote location, returned them to the sender. The seller immediately responded with assurance that the refund would be forthcoming, and the refund was issued even before they received the boots back. This kind of Customer Service is above and beyond and these days rare. Highly recommended.
