I will say that it was packaged a bit underwhelmingly, and there was some dirt inside the package for some reason? But other than that, it worked straight out of the packaging and their service helped me save my car! I definitely recommend this seller, and will shop here again in the future!!!!

I sent them my VIN, and they called me to ask about the type of key that I had forgotten to provide. Once I received notice of the device shipping, they also sent me a notice of a call tag... I call this forward thinking and efficiency at the best level. The good news was that it came with a label to return if I had any issues and a QR code to scan for directions. In one word... brilliant!
