It is a very surreal Japanese movie about a movie about some real peoples' past. Shot in black-and-white and weird color filters, it jumps around in mood and varied visions. Lots of nudity and very odd humor. Thank you for this intriguing film odyssey.

The seller contacted me to explain that that the film is recorded on a dvd-r rather than the current standard dvd+ R DL, which I much appreciated. Nevertheless the film looks better and more accurate than anything I was able to find streaming, such as the versions on you tube.

In this case, that is exactly what I was hoping for, and the seller confirmed, so we'll chalk that up to a weird translation. The seller was very helpful and wanted to confirm that I understood exactly what I was buying (aka that I had the information that the disc would actually work for me) before shipping, which I appreciate. Top quality service!
