Not helpful at all and is most likely going to hinder their online business if the continue to not be helpful in any way to buyers. They will probably reply to this trying to make out im in the wrong. Although I was initially overcharged, they quickly refunded the difference and got my Design Essentials order to me in under 24 hours. I’m so grateful for the excellent customer service. Decent value, but the packaging could have been better by boxing it, The cap of the lid was instead sellotaped to the glass part and then heavy duty bubble wrap which most of that was fine. The only downfall is that once the sellotape is removed the sticky tackiness is left behind, so when trying to apply product, you wash your hands etc to then have this sticky residue in the way.
