I sent them my VIN, and they called me to ask about the type of key that I had forgotten to provide. Once I received notice of the device shipping, they also sent me a notice of a call tag... I call this forward thinking and efficiency at the best level. The good news was that it came with a label to return if I had any issues and a QR code to scan for directions. In one word... brilliant!
