I did have to contact them a couple of times as the first product received was a different item, and the second item said it was just a chess set [but turned out to be the 3-1 games set ordered]. I think they need to mention that when sending it out as it's plastic-wrapped... or better still, redesign the product packaging. That aside, I would definitely recommend this seller and the product ordered.
