Connected all the right leads as it says in the manual, sought advice from an electrical supplier and come to the conclusion it doesn't like our supplied Internet provider and the router/hub, it only likes BT/EE provider! But we'll get there as it's a lovely piece of kit once we get going with it, so P.M.A. it is.....
