Item worked instantly with Proxmox VE and was able to pass it through into a TrueNAS Scale VM. All HDDs connected to it are working as expected. Good price for a fair quality OEM HBA. Good condition, item was new and appeared unused.

I was certainly worried to make such a large person online, but the product is exactly as advertised. It took a bit longer to send out for shipping than I'd have liked, but once it went out, it made it to me in about 3-4 days. So far all benchmarks are coming out clean! Note: Seal on the graphics box card (not the package) was broken, but the product still appeared new with no blemishes or defects.
