My Dyson DC24 started leaving horrible gunky streaks on my wood floors one day and I noticed 2 of those small wheels on the bottom were crumbling apart. Crazy how those two little wheels has such and effect on the performance of the vacuum. So glad I could find those little suckers on eBay. Got them on and no more streaks.

Part looks exactly like in the seller image. Does contain the hitch pin as promised - it's visible through the packaging. (Whether or not it's the correct part number for my unit is my own doing - have a Whispaire with the serial number worn off so can neither confirm nor deny a match until install but it looks right at first glance.) Better deal than on manufacturer site once you account for shipping.

The package arrived sealed and wrapped for product protection. The product was new as advertised, and it works perfectly. The crazy thing is that many sellers wanted more money for a generic product. This was a factory product reasonably priced. I'm definitely happy with my purchase.
