I took a step heard a pop, looked down befor my next step (Thank God) and the whole shoe had separated from the platform. I literally had to drag my leg as to not fall over and roll across the floor. I sent a message to the seller, and I never received a response-to this day(Sept/30th) and I contacted them on the 19th. Either way, here's my review... the shoes really do bring the wow factor... constructed terribly, & customer service is bad!

It was listed brand new and when it arrived it was worn due to being in storage for a long time - could tell it was never used just the handles worn! Due to the packaging of the bag, they couldn’t see this easily.
