They assured me if it was damaged they would exchange it with no issues. Didn't have to exchange it tho.i have no doubt they would have kept their word. Even tho it wasn't their fault. I contacted the seller to verify it would fit my car before completing the order and got a prompt reply back. I ordered on a Friday and it was at my home on Monday. The condition was like new, the quality of the part was excellent and the cost was 1/4 of what the dealer quoted. And it fit perfectly. Great seller!
