I was not very happy with the picture quality of the DVD-R I got but this in no way reflects badly on this seller - it may be the only version available of this rare film other than the German Blu-Ray which seems impossible to obtain. So, the DVD-R I got was new, well-packaged and not damaged.

The Seller emailed me precise instructions regarding possible difficulties with playing this DVD on various devices, none of which occurred or were necessary. The DVD played perfectly on an all-region DVD player and a plasma TV. I so appreciated the Seller emailing me troubleshooting tips, something I've not encountered with other Sellers. I would not hesitate to purchase from this Seller again. Thank you very, very much for a perfect transaction!

Probably would be better to just mention in the item description that it's a burned disc, but good on seller that they at least reach out to explain before shipping and are willing to cancel order. Just think honesty upfront would go further to avoid some possible negative feedback along the way. But for me, everything was good with transaction.
