I got neutral feedback last week because I sent a 2.5Kg plastic model and it arrived 5 working days after being paid for. Except for that little diity the item itself is good as was the price. I am sorry you were angry at your buyer for a neutral feedback result and I am grateful that you did not repeat that petulant behaviour but I think the reasons for the delay were clear from my listing. I hope this clarifies your remarks on my feedback for others to see.
