Item was not as described, wire was too small for Max 3 amps, but that was not seller's fault, but supplier info which was bad. Seller was quick to resolve the problem. Bought from this seller before and had always been satisfied with what I received until this last item, which seller resolved. Item still works for items that use much less current than Raspberry Pi 3, but cause low-voltage detected with Raspberry Pi because of current restrictions of the small wire Gauge.

Keep the item sent in error and get refunded completely or keep the item mailed in error and the Seller would send out the correct item at no cost. I chose to have the correct item be mailed to me. They acted in a timely manner and the item is being shipped. They stood behind their word and were very customer focused. Their warehouse made a mistake. Turned a negative into a positive.
