This HP J9574A is designed to deliver chassis-like resiliency in a flexible, stackable form factor for managed networks. IT Management is never easier than the HP J9574A with PoE+. The 3800 Switch Series from Hewlett Packard is available with or without PoE+, and with either SFP+ or 10GBASE-T uplinks. It takes advantage of the latest hardware engineering to deliver one the most energy-efficient switches in the industry, reducing power consumption every day. OpenFlow technology enables SDN by allowing separation of the data (packet forwarding) and control (routing decision paths). The HP J9574A has advanced classifier-based QoS to match criteria based on Layer 2, 3, and 4 information and applies QoS policies such as setting priority level and rate limit on selected traffic on a per-port or per-VLAN basis. Prioritization is also enabled based on TCP/UDP port numbers.     Do not buy from this seller. I purchased two PSU's. One arrived damaged. He asked for the serial and pics which I sent. He said "send it back". He received the item, now says it's not his and threatens to report me to EBay? Now I have to fight to get the refund and/or the item.
