I'm sure dimensions were included in the marketing material but marketers still show images that make it look as if the item is much bigger than it is. THAT is my main feedback. Greater clarity and transparency on actual size. I really could have done with two of these to get the size I needed.

I was sent the wrong bags at first but following my contact with the company I was sent another set which got lost and so another set was sent - which I received. Though this happened I can’t fault the prompt and polite customer service. I would definitely use this company again.

After I complained to Evri who passed on my comments to the driver, it appears the driver had a meltdown and decided to just return to back to the seller. The seller was understanding and issued a full refund as they had no more stock to send out replacements. Great customer service from seller during this unfortunate situation which was not the sellers fault.
