Batteries were new, All fuses were good, Grounds were good. OBD 2 port was had power. Forscan could not connect to the truck. Wiring diagram showed only device that would cause starter motor, Fuel pump, FICM,etc to not run was the failed PCM. I purchased this preprogrammed unit. Installed it and the truck fired into life immediately. Could not be happier. Great seller communication too.
