Paypal had nothing to do with any of this? Why open a dispute and leave +ive fb for the world without messaging us or giving a chance for friendly resolution. The internet creates dehumanises behaviour.

Boxed / shrink wrapped - in perfect condition (packaged so that jigsaw box could not be damaged/knocked in transit) and very prompt dispatch. I haven't opened the jigsaw as it is a gift so can't comment on the pieces themselves.
