    After placing the order I was informed that the item is a special order and would take 2 to 3 weeks. I asked by the seller if I wanted to wait or cancel the order. to which I replied that I would prefer to cancel the order and have a refund. This was done by the seller very promptly, for which I thank the seller. It would have been better if the likely delivery time and the fact the item is now a special order were noted on the listing,

    Advertises items with a 2 - 3 day delivery time except doesn't have the advertised item in stock and cannot give a delivery time. Is quick to correspond when they think they can still sell you something but as I found the item I wanted elsewhere - total silence. Could've all been sorted instantly but refused to respond to the cancellation request so no choice but having to engage in the drawn out refund process. Just hung onto my money for as long as possible. The worst customer service ever.

    I was desperate for them after being let down off white line direct and my car being off the road for a week ! I asked if they could ship them next day and they did ! UPS let me down so came a day late but nothing to do with them….. thanks again amazing service and communication A+++++++++
