This buyer requested a refund almost immediately after it was delivered. READ EBAY POLICY BEFORE COMPLAINING. Buyer ought to look at the pictures, read the item details description before buying. So, the buyer does not have to return for a refund.

I contacted the seller through EBAY and they were quick to respond and attempted to make the transaction right. Another fan+heatsink was shipped to me overnight, but unfortunately still did not fit. The seller arranged for return shipping of both items and I was issued a refund. I would purchase from them again in the future after confirming the exact item was available.

They responded apologized promised to ship the missing item.
