"Pokemon: White Version 2" and its companion, "Black Version 2," are the second series of Pokemon games by Game Freak and comprise the fifth generation. Continuing the story from the original "Black" and "White" games, this title had a release date of Oct. 7, 2012. In addition to new features, storyline, opponents, and quests, it introduced several new Pokemon as well as new forms of existing creatures. A new route connecting each city has also been introduced.Released for the Nintendo DS, "White" is also playable on the Nintendo 3DS. Like other video games in the series, it received an E rating from the ESRB. The game takes place in the Unova region and has creatures unique to Unova. Team Plasma returns as the enemy, while Nimbasa City comes back as the main city in the game and is now home to a theme park with new mini-games.In "White Version 2," gamers play the role of a Pokemon trainer on a route to defeat the Elite Four. Along this route, they must defeat the evil Team Plasma, who have a nefarious scheme to take over the world. Throughout their journey, players will explore the Unova region. Here, they will have the opportunity to catch wild Pokemon in the tall grass. This includes common characters, such as Pikachu, as well as rare ones, such as Kyurem, Zekrom, and Reshiram. When players enter a new city, they will have to battle a new gym leader. After the final battle, the route to the Elite Four is opened to provide a special challenge for the trainer.The trainer starts out with only one Pokemon at the beginning of the game and must catch more as they choose their route. Each creature has a unique set of special skills that give the trainer an advantage throughout the game. The trainer can catch wild creatures that are hiding in the tall grass by exploring the grass. It is also possible to check any caves in search of creatures. There is at least one cave located along each route between each city in the game. Some legendary creatures are not found in the tall grass and must be captured at the end of a special route or special challenge.Each Pokemon is born with a unique special ability in addition to other inherent abilities. This is at random and does not depend on the city or route where it was captured. There are also special "shiny" Pokemon with a special appearance located on every route and in every city. However, they are extremely rare. Each trainer can obtain special items after a battle with Team Plasma and by filling his or her Pokedex.Both the "White" and "Black" games are compatible with one another. Gamers with "White" gain access to unique creatures they can train. Trainers can exchange information, items, and creatures via wireless communications. They can also battle one another, even if the other player has the "Black" release. Additionally, by using the Pokebank, it is possible to bring the entire Pokedex from one copy to another using a single device.

Price for shipping was fine, however the games are just cartridges and came in a simple manilla envelope and bubble wrap so I felt they weren't protected. The games themselves are good quality, save data but that's not a problem. They work, everything was as described. Would buy from seller again.

Came broken as described, and it was packaged well enough for there to be no broken parts while shipping. Shipping was expensive but fine for such a big unit, and the disc drive along with controllers work just fine! Haven’t gotten a game yet but breaking bad runs just fine
