The seller was very nice, and they were also very respectful and helpful in this interaction. Also great packaging there was more bubble wrap than car lol. I would highly recommend buying from them!

I think if the big outside box was a little more tailored to the model box inside, the outside box might not have been crushed so bad. Fortunately, the inner model box was only slightly crushed and the model was undamaged.
