I contacted the seller who stated it must have gotten broken during shipping. I would need to put a claim on the purchase in order to receive payment I have contacted the seller 3 additional times because nothing has been resolved I will NEVER purchase from this seller again and I am extremely disappointed in EBay for not following through on their policy
