After contacting the seller, they responded that it would be replaced. The replacement arrived in excellent condition in a reasonable amount of time. I am happy with their service.

The radiator that arrived was a 2 row radiator. That was confirmed by a photo of the inside of the radiator. 2 row radiators are less efficient and also cheaper. The seller at first denied it was a 2 row until I sent him the pictures. He offered then to refund $30. This is the second time he has sent a 2 row instead of a 3 row.
