When the item inside was not as it was labeled on the outside, I informed the seller, and they made it right by refunding our purchase (taking the hit for what had been deceptive packaging taking advantage of everyone who bought and resold it). This couple appears to be kind and wonderful people. Thank you for a making a positive experience out of what could have been a poor one.
