We eventually decided to return the machine. The return process was quick and easy. They refunded us about 1 day after they received the machine in the mail. The first the USPS delivered to the wrong address so thankfully they had another item that I could buy. After 10 days USPS found my package and delivered it and because of their generous return policy I am able to return the second. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
