    The item (a collectible figure) was as described, but there was zero packing material in a box that was at least 4 times the height of the product being shipped. This means it traveled the entire international distance between the US and Canada rattling around in a box. The fact that it arrived undamaged is amazing. It's not just protecting the figure inside of the box, packing material also gives the box structure when it is piled into a truck with dozens of other boxes. I got lucky.

    This is a ridiculous comment considering you got your piece and it was totally unscathed. What a ridiculous thing to leave I've been in this business a long time and I know how to package items that's why it was ok. Next time do not complain about a 7 dollar piece
